New to the UK firework market are these handeld fountains. Each one has a sturdy handle and emits a coloured flame (red, green, yellow and blue) and titanium sparks. Similar to ice candles they are what is classed as a cold burn product and whilst they produce a little heat during the chemical reaction they are deemed safer than sparklers as there is no hot metal that can burn.
