Firework Crazy Delivery Charges.
Order before 12 Midday for Next Day Delivery.
We are one of the only firework companies able to offer next day, nationwide delivery. Fireworks are Hazardous Goods and as such it's not possible to offer the same sort of delivery service many have come to expect from the likes of Amazon etc, but we do try our best to be as competitive as possibe. We don't look to make money out of any of our delivery services, in fact we subsidise the main delivery charge to you. Where possible, please have your order delivered to a business / work address. We get charged an additional £5 for delivery to home / residential addresses and by having your order delivered to a business address it helps us to keep our delivery costs to you lower and also reduces the risk of having to arrange a re-delivery, which are chargeable at £15.
We can now offer the following additional delivery options. before 10:30am, before Midday and Saturday delivery service, all at competitive rates. If you have any questions with regards to our delivery charges or service, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

PLEASE try to have your order delivered to a BUSINESS address as we get charged an additional £5 for residential deliveries. Failed deliveries will be charged at £15 per re-delivery attempt.
Delivery Details: Where possible please order in plenty of time. If your display is in a few weeks time, put the date that you need your fireworks by in the comments box during checkout. If the comments box is empty, orders will be processed and dispatched in the order they are received. We send an email and SMS text (if you use your mobile number when checking out) when you order has been dispatched outlining when to expect your delivery. If you don't recieve this email withing 5 working days of your display you may call or email us to check your order is on it's way.
OUT OF SEASON - We send out items once a week, usually on a Wednesday or Thursday for delivery before the weekend.
IN SEASON - (OCTOBER TO DECEMBER) - We endevour to dispatch all orders placed before 12pm on the same day you have ordered for delivery the following day. Unless you opt for Saturday delivery orders placed on Friday will not be delivered until Monday. If you still require next day delivery and it's after 12pm then please call us on 01245 354422 as we may be able to squeeze you in! Unfortunately our next day service is not available to all areas of the UK these areas include the Scottish Highlands and other remote areas. Our next day service is not guaranteed due to fireworks being hazardous goods it's sometimes not possible for the courier to ship them with other hazardous goods. Although this is a rare occurance we like to be up front about it. Please also note that during our busiest months of October, November and December we handle a huge amount of orders and it's not always possible to get these out the same day although we guarantee that your order will reach you in time for your event.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to guarantee delivery for a specific day / date during our busy season. Any dates entered in the comments box will be treated as the latest date you would like your fireworks delivered. We guarantee to deliver ON OR BEFORE this date.
Deliveries will be made during normal working hours, Monday - Friday. 8:00am - 6:00pm
Deliveries can NOT and WILL NOT be made to parcel lockers or collection points. If a driver arrives at one of these the delivery will fail and you'll be liable for any and all delivery and return costs.
ALL CONSIGNMENTS MUST BE SIGNED FOR
It is important you use an address where someone will be able to sign for your order. Where possible use a business address for your delivery. as it's more likely that someone will be there. REMEMBER. fireworks have to be signed for by someone over 18 and identification may be required.
Failed Delivery Attempts.
If the delivery fails due to no one being present at the delivery address or there not being anyone old enough or able to produce id, the delivery will fail. Our courier will usually leave a card for you to get in touch to arrange a re-delivery. Please note that re-deliveries are chargeable at £15
We cannot deliver to Ireland / Northern Ireland or anywhere else outside the UK.
Items including free delivery.
Certain items on our website include free delivery. Additional surcharges are still payable.
We try to keep the stock availability on the web site up to date, but sometimes a product may be out of stock, if this happens we will endevour to contact you to find an suitable alternative. If we have to substitute an item it will be with one of equal or greater value. (we are known for ensuring you get far better replacements than you ordered!)
Hopefully you will never need to return a product, but if you do, here are the details.
Damaged Goods. If your goods arrive damaged, you must notify us within a reasonable time so we can arrange for the items to be replaced and collected.
Unwanted Goods. If you decide that you no longer want the items, you must contact us within seven days of delivery. We will then arrange for our specialist courier to collect the items from you. (It is illegal to send the items through the postal service or an unlicensed courier) The items must be unopened and in their original packaging. However you may open transport packaging to inspect the goods. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the goods minus any delivery, collection and return charges.
We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
- You have the right to cancel this order within seven working days beginning the day after the day on which you receive the goods
- If you wish to cancel this contract you must indicate this in writing or another durable medium such as letter, fax, email (provide addresses/email addresses/fax details by which to cancel) within the cancellation period
- You (the consumer) have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession
- You (the consumer) must arrange for the safe return of goods to us, however for fireworks this needs to be done through our specialist hazardous goods courier. the cost of which is to be born by you, failing which we will recover the goods, the cost of which will be deducted from any refund due to you
- Upon the cancellation of a contract we shall reimburse any sum paid by or on behalf of the consumer under or in relation to the contract to the person by whom it was made free of any charge (less any charge made in connection with recovery of the goods) within 30 days of cancellation
- Where goods do not conform to the implied terms set out under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 the cost of recovering the goods will be borne by ourselves.
