We now offer several shipping options. Our standard 3 to 5 day service and our next day service. Full details of each are below.
Delivery Details: Where possible please order in plenty of time. If your display is in a few weeks time, put the date that you need your fireworks by in the comments box at the checkout. We will then process and hold your order for you at our warehouse and dispatch it about a week to ten days before your requested date. If the comments box is empty, orders will be processed and dispatched in the order they are received. We send a confirmation email when you order has been dispatched outlining when to expect your delivery and how many boxes you are due to recieve. If you don't recieve this email withing 5 working days of your display you may call or email us to check your order is on it's way.
Standard Delivery Service: On our standard service delivery will usually take 2 to 3 days from dispatch. Charges are outlined below.
Next Day Service: Our next day service is for those of you requiring your fireworks a bit more urgently! We endevour to dispatch all orders placed before 12pm on the same day you have ordered for delivery the following day. There are no Saturday deliveries so orders placed on Friday will not be delivered until Monday. If you still require next day delivery and it's after 12pm then please call us on 01245 354422 as we may be able to squeeze you in! Our next day service is subject to a £10 charge on our standard service. Unfortunately our next day service is not available to all areas of the UK these areas include the Scottish Highlands and other remote areas, if we cannot offer a next day service we will contact you to let you know. Our next day service is not guaranteed during October and November due to the large quantity of orders handled.
During the busy season for fireworks, (september to december) we may have to deliver fireworks up to 21 days before your display this is due to the large volumes handled by ourselves and our courier.

Deliveries will be made during normal working hours, Monday - Friday. 8:00am - 6:00pm
For every order that is placed we subsidise the packing and delivery costs. You may think that our charges are high so we would like to explain the actual costs of delivering fireworks to you. We have broken the costs down in the list below.
Courier charge for 1st 10 Kilos = £20 - This is the maximum initial charge to you and we haven't even got to the packaging yet!
Each addtional kilo = £0.35
Delivery to private / residential address = £7.00-
We ask you to be honest when placing your order. There is no surcharge for delivery to business addresses.
Special UN Firework Cartons = £3.00 each - This is an approximate cost as box sizes vary, and remember you may have more than one box!
Packaging materials and special labels = £1.00 this covers the costs of the special labels we have to use and all the other packing materials.
Staff time packing = Far too much! - I think they should do it for free, but they don't agree.
Fuel Surcharges = With the rise in the cost of fuel we now have to pay a fuel surcharge on every delivery of up to 5% as well.
So as an example. If you were to order say £100 worth of various fireworks for delivery this would weigh approximately 20 - 25 kilos and probably be packed in 2 boxes. The costs would actually be about £37 but we only charge you £19.95 for delivery. I'm sure you will understand after reading this list that we are very fair in our delivery charges.
ALL CONSIGNMENTS MUST BE SIGNED FOR
It is important you use an address where someone will be able to sign for your order, failure to do so will incur additional charges. Where possible use a business address for your delivery, A, because it's more likely that someone will be there and b, our courier charges us an additional £7.00 to deliver to private / residential addresses and to help us keep offering fantastic prices on our fireworks it would help us if you have your order delivered to work. Legally, fireworks have to be signed for by someone over 18 and identification may be required.
Failed Delivery Attempts.
If the delivery fails due to no one being present at the premises or not old enough, our courier will charge us an additional £13 to re-attempt the delivery, if this happens we may have to pass these costs on. Unfortunately, fireworks cannot be left without a signature.
Delivery Surcharges.
Our courier charges an additional fee to deliver to the following locations. Where possible we will waiver these charges but reserver the right to charge them depending on the contents of your order.
DEVON - £7
CORNWALL - £7
DYFED - £7
POWYS - £7
ISLE OF WHITE - £15.00
GRAMPIAN - £13.00 (including Aberdeen)

We cannot deliver to Ireland / Northern Ireland or anywhere else outside the UK.
Special Offers.
Unfortunately we are unable to subsidise shipping for those people who wish to fill their order with special offer items. Many of these items are offered at cost and shipping them would mean we would lose money. We reserve the right to charge the full shipping for orders that are predominantly special offers. You will be notified if this is the case.
