The Bonfire Night celebrations that take place in Lewes are among the most popular and famous in the United Kingdom.
While there were fears this year’s event would be poorly attended due to the Southern Rail strike, these were largely unfounded as this year’s festivities attracted the usual strong turnout, with attendee numbers comfortably in the tens of thousands.
The highlight for many was the presence of several effigies of Donald Trump, which were paraded through the town before taking pride of place atop bonfires.
Below are a couple of videos that have already been uploaded to YouTube, as others are added in the coming weeks we’ll keep our eye out and bring you the best ones here on the Firework Crazy blog.
