After a weekend off Firework Champions returns this coming weekend with the next competition at the beautiful Capesthorne Hall.
The previous competition in this year’s Firework Champions saw the team here at Firework Crazy walk away victorious from the Belvoir Castle event on August 6th.
This weekend’s Capesthorne Hall competition is the fourth instalment of this year’s Firework Champions, with just two more to follow over the first two Saturday evenings in September at Eastnor Castle and Ragley Hall.
About Capesthorne Hall
Capesthorne Hall is found in a quiet countryside location a short drive west of Macclesfield. Its location makes it easy to reach from Manchester, Liverpool, and Stoke-on-Trent, while anyone living in Sheffield can get there via a stunning drive through the Peak District National Park.
Given the proximity of Capesthorne Hall to so many great places, if you’re planning to attend Firework Champions on Saturday you have plenty of options for days out prior to travelling to the site.
The garden, chapel, and hall at the venue are open to the public on Saturday, so you can have a great day out and spend the whole day at Capesthorne Hall should you wish to do so.
As usual at Firework Champions, gates open at 5pm and there’s plenty to do beforehand, with a demonstration of how pyromusical displays are created taking place at 9pm right before the competition kicks off.
You can buy tickets online prior to the event at a discounted price here.
Following the three competitive displays and before the announcement of the winner, organisers MLE Pyrotechnics will also be performing a display.
Who’s performing at Firework Champions Capesthorne Hall on Saturday? What is unique about this particular event is that all three participants won a Firework Champions event in 2015. Only one of them can win this year, but who will it be?

Blitz provide displays to a wide range of events across the Cheshire region and are a well-known and renowned fireworks provider in the North West. They have won Firework Champions events on four different occasions.
Illusion Fireworks
Based in Oxfordshire, Illusion Fireworks is a relatively new business, having been operating since the end of 2014. Already Illusion have created fireworks displays for The British Army, the Royal Family, and Chelsea footballer Eden Hazard. Last year they made their first appearance at Firework Champions, winning the Newby Hall event.
