Planning to get hitched the unique way?
There is nothing more extraordinary than getting married in a destination spot on the other side of the world!
That’s what we realized when we started planning destination weddings in Europe. Believe it or not, an awesome wedding venue in this continent is enough for a magical element in your wedding.
However, we all know that no matter how small or intimate your wedding may be, the essential elements should be there for an organized and stress-free event. These elements are quite difficult to arrange if you’re getting married out of the country.
Not to worry though, because that’s what destination wedding packages are for. Peach Perfect Weddings offers this kind of packages with all the essentials of a wedding abroad. We even offer customization to couples getting married in Europe by allowing them to add some unique elements that they want.
In this post, we’ll talk about those essential and unique elements that you should look for in a wedding package
The Venue
As we said earlier, if you’re wise enough to pick the venue for your wedding, then you won half of the battle.
In fact, our wedding packages for European weddings always have this essential element. Our couples are just so thrilled about the magnificent wedding venues in Italy, Ireland, Germany, Northern Ireland and France that they can choose from.
We put this as the first of the essentials because a beautiful venue is the reason why couples choose to tie the knot in Europe.
The Celebrant or Officiant
Whether it’s a symbolic, legally-binding, or a religious wedding ceremony, you will need a celebrant. He or she is the one who will officiate your wedding and facilitate your exchange of vows.
Some of our couples eloping to Europe choose to have their friends as the officiant because they are having only a symbolic ceremony. These couples are either already married in their home country or are renewing their vows.
The Photographer
Why fly to a destination spot in Europe if you won’t take photos of the breathtaking views there?
The photographer is one of the three essentials in our wedding package because he or she will preserve the memories of that wonderful day when you said your vows in the surreal landscapes of Italy, Germany, Ireland, France or Northern Ireland!
We at Peach Perfect Weddings only choose competent, experienced, and trusted photographer for our couples.
Live Music for the Ceremony
When we say live music for the ceremony, we don’t mean musicians who play the basic guitar, keyboard, or drums.
Instead, we are referring to instruments like harp, violin and Uileann pipes which make wedding ceremonies more solemn and unique! Imagine having the heavenly sound of a harp playing as you walk down the aisle or the enchanting sound of the violin as you are led to the altar.
These are all outstanding and unique elements of a destination wedding package.
Fireworks
We haven’t included fireworks in our package yet but we certainly will add them soon. Fireworks are a grand finale to a wonderful celebration – a final act that will set your big day apart from all others.
A fireworks display at the end of the reception is not something new in weddings but only a small percentage of couples actually do this. The reason is not because of lack of interest but because only a few planners are offering this as part of their wedding packages.
There’s just something magical about the colorful lights dancing on air. It’s very fitting for celebrations like weddings. We remember a time when fireworks display became a hot trend in grand weddings, but now you can incorporate this unique element even in a small, intimate wedding or an elopement.
Extraordinary Transportation to the Venue
This is an element that we offer as an addition to our wedding packages for Italy and other destinations. This is important when the venue for the ceremony is different from the hotel where the couple prepares for the wedding.
They can choose to have a vintage car or a more unique transportation like a Vespa in Italy or a horse-drawn carriage. The latter is a traditional mode of transportation in Ireland that has become one of the favorites for our couples getting married there. We’re even thinking about adding a horse in our options!
